• Implementation weekends will be annouced at a later date. (They do not include travel or your stay in wherever the location is) 
• Voxer weeks are the last week of every month Mon-Friday. You are able to Vox me anything that you need help with 
• Monthly check-ins for general tier are not 1:1 calls but forms to submit and get feedback, and to keep you accountable
